Trish Stuart’s Triple Star pattern becomes a table runner

DSCN7265               I am enrolled in Trish Stuart’s Quarterly Club and receive a new project every quarter.  Here is her website: http://www.twthreads.com/.    This quarter the project was a table topper using her Triple Star pattern.  Trish also sent a tool for making half-square triangles called Triangle Genie, Jr.  The tool worked well to draw the lines to use for stitching and cutting out half-square triangles.  I switched out the fabrics that Trish sent so that the fabric would match the colors in my dining room. For the back of the table runner, I used fabric that I bought in Maui in April.   I decided to make a table runner instead of a table topper.  I love the colors and the design – the table runner looks great in our dining room.  Donna

  1. That is fantastic, love the backing!! So clever to make it reversible. You are so productive, you just started that last Saturday !!
