No Sew Christmas Garland

I saw a fabric garland in a quilting magazine (Quilters Newsletter – Best Christmas Quilts, Summer 2012).  It was under the section titled Decorating with Kids.   Well, I figure that this has to be easy and that I could probably manage it.   So I cut up 9-10″ long strips (~3″ wide) from our Christmas scraps and tied them onto a piece of rope.  Easy Peezy.    This is what I created.

I think it’s a great change from the traditional green tree garland.

What do you think?

Happy Stitchin & Happy Holidays,
